Begin with a potato croquette topped with smoked burrata and caviar, followed by a selection of seasonal starters, from seared scallops with carrot purée to beef carpaccio with truffle aioli. For pasta, savour pumpkin and ricotta tortelloni with butter, sage and amaretto crumb, or classic beef tortellini served in turkey consommé with black truffle.

For the main course, enjoy festive favourites such as Norfolk turkey roulade with sausage stuffing and all the trimmings, alongside roasted venison, wild sea bass and a Roman-style artichoke dish with whipped burrata and black truffle.

To finish, indulge in a winter tiramisù with caramelised mandarin or a decadent chestnut cream dessert with meringue, ice cream and Marsala reduction.
