Christmas at il Pampero Join in our festivities!
Head Chef, Calogero Carlino and his team have been busy creating seasonal treats, festive cocktails and delicious menus for the fast approaching winter season.

Christmas Dishes Set-Menu
Enjoy a four-course meal, surrounded by festive decorations and twinkling fairy lights at il Pampero.
Menu highlights include Turkey porchetta, served with persimmon chutney, sauteed black cabbage and pomegranate, as well as monkfish wrapped in Parma ham with cannellini beans, sauteed mussels and a saffron dressing.
Finish with a mouthwatering spiced mousse, served with mulled wine and cinnamon ice cream or opt for the classic cheese and cracker selection with a fig compote.
