Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility: This competition is open to individuals aged 18 and over. Employees of Neville Hair and Beauty and The Hari, their family members, or anyone else connected to the competition in any way are not permitted to enter.
- Competition Period: The competition will commence on 09/05/2024 and all entries must be received by 23:59 GMT on 23/05/2024.
- How to Enter: No purchase necessary. Entrants must follow both Neville Hair and Beauty and The Hari on Instagram, like the competition post, and tag a friend in the comments. Multiple entries per person are permitted.
- Prize: The prize consists of one (1) complimentary cut and blow dry at Neville Hair and Beauty. The prize is subject to stylist and colourist availability and is only redeemable with certain staff members as designated by Neville Hair and Beauty, and (1) complimentary three-course bottomless brunche at il Pampero for two. The prizes are non-transferrable and can not be exchanged for currency or alternative services.
- Redeeming the Prize: The winner must book their appointment within three (3) months from the date of winning, subject to availability. The prize appointment is based on the availability of selected stylists and colourists and must be booked in advance.
- Selection of Winner: The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received and will be notified via DM within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- Publicity: Entrants agree to the use of their names and images in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current English data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
- General: Neville Hair and Beauty and The Hari reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Neville Hair and Beauty or The Hari.
- Liability: Neville Hair and Beauty or The Hari is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom.
