OUR STORY Est. 2016

Named in homage to our owner’s favourite horse, il Pampero opened as Belgravia’s neighbourhood Italian Restaurant in 2016. Uniquely situated in 5-star boutique hotel, The Hari, our restaurant is perfectly located close to London’s leading attractions and shopping destinations, such as Knightsbridge.

Marrying Italian hospitality with Belgravian lifestyle, Tara Bernerd & Partners created a bespoke design scheme that embodies effortless Italian chic and vintage glamour. Bold Vespa-green lacquers and rich velvets are combined with soft leathers and heritage fabrics to create a warm and inviting ambiance. The subtle back-lighting used to illuminate the feature bar draws the eye into the space and provides a seductive experience, whether you’re enjoying an early-afternoon coffee or cocktails with aperitivo.

Vittorio Boano - F&B Manager

Vittorio Boano Food & Beverage Manager

Vittorio joined il Pampero in 2017 as a Barback and has been an important member of the team ever since. Through hard work and determination, he is now F&B Manager just five years later.

Passing his level 2 Award in Wines by WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust), Vittorio also holds the role of Resident Wine Sommelier here at il Pampero.

Naomi Delle Cave Restaurant Manager

Joining il Pampero in November 2019, Naomi worked her way up from Waitress to Restaurant Manager through her excellent leadership skills and enthusiastic personality. 

Naomi was born and raised in Napoli, where she studied Hospitality. She quickly grew a passion for 5* Luxury, and passed her level 2 Award in Wines by WSET.

Calogero Carlino - Head Chef

Calogero Carlino Head Chef

Head Chef, Calogero Carlino joined in 2021 to lead the new chapter of il Pampero post the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Born and raised in Tuscany, Calogero grew up with a passion for cooking, receiving his diploma from Culinary School in 2009. Fluent in Italian, French and English, Calogero is as creative as focused.

Sante Marzulli Deputy F&B Manager

Deputy Food and Beverage Manager, Sante Marzulli, joined il Pampero in 2021 and is renowned for his bubbly personality, loved by colleagues and guests alike.

Sante was born in Puglia and received a degree in Culinary Arts where he specialised in Hotel and Restaurants. Other notable qualifications include WSET Level 2 for Wines, First Aid, and BIIAB Level 2 Award for Personal Licence Holders.
