We’re thrilled to welcome Chef Marco Quarta to The Hari London!

Originally from Puglia, Marco’s culinary journey began influenced by Italy’s most iconic chef, Gualtiero Marchesi. After training in Brindisi, he built an impressive 20-year career in London, with roles at The Savoy, Courthouse Hotel Shoreditch, The Punchbowl Mayfair, and most recently, as Executive Chef at The Dixon Hotel.

Now leading the kitchens at il Pampero and The Hari Bar & Terrace, Chef Marco brings an authentic yet modern approach to Italian dining.
