Spearheaded by Executive Chef Angelo Albera, joyful highlights include a selection of mouth-watering pastas such as paccheri in spicy Calabrian Nduja salami ragu and stracciatella; and for main, a light sea bass baked in paper with mussels, tomatoes and olives or baby spatchcock chicken in a spicy chilli and pepper strew. Both ideally accompanied by a refreshing, light white wine, or alternatively for January why not try our non-alcoholic cocktail, Peloro, combining Everleaf Marine, watermelon syrup & ginger ale.
Make sure to leave room for a range of delectable desserts, which include chef’s viral Tiramisù served tableside, or Rum baba served with custard and poached cherries.
